  7. Incorrect details provided by the customer during order placement.

Important Note:
If you dispute payments directly through the payment gateway without contacting our support team first, we cannot guarantee refunds. We encourage customers to contact us via email for assistance, and we are committed to resolving issues promptly.

8. Ticketing Procedures

Dummy Flight Tickets:

  • Validity typically ranges from 3–5 days, up to a maximum of one week.
  • Best suited for proof of onward travel or visa applications when submitted the same day or one day prior.
  • FlyDummy.com is not responsible for visa rejections if a dummy ticket is canceled during the application process.

Dummy Hotel Reservations:

  • Valid for over a month, typically canceled 1–7 days before check-in.
  • 100% verifiable on the hotel’s website.

Delivery Timeframe:

  • Standard delivery: 12–24 hours, including weekends.
  • Urgent delivery: 1–2 hours during working hours (10 AM to 5 PM GST).

Working Hours:

  • Requests submitted after 5 PM GST will be processed the following business day.

9. Restrictions on Dummy Tickets and Hotel Reservations

FlyDummy.com does not provide:

  • Dummy tickets for domestic routes (departure and arrival in the same country).
  • Dummy tickets for trips exceeding one week in advance.
  • Itineraries for high-risk or globally sanctioned countries (e.g., Iran, North Korea, Russia).
